  • Sally Field has a friend that actually has to “set aside time once a week” to take her pill for osteoporosis. It evidently takes so long that the woman is now very relieved to know about Boniva, which she only has to take once a month.


    Swiffer says a lot of us are too stupid to figure out that you have to unplug your vacuum cleaner before taking it up the stairs to vacuum.


    Someone else has us making a huge mess with a mop, so we have to buy their product so we can get it right.


    What is going on with this new trend in advertising that shows we are too stupid or uncoordinated to do everyday things unless we use their products?


    I think I watch too much television.
